We have a 30 days Tehnical Guarantee where we will fix for free any bugs that you will find. We’re quite careful and we’re testing the bots so there should be none or close to none.
We also provide a 30 days Satisfaction Guarantee. You will get exactly what you requested for your bot, if something isn’t as requested and agreed upon let us know and we will fix it shortly.

Can I change stuff, add new features in my bot once its done?
Of course you can, we love updates and you should too. Its cheaper for you, and its less work for us ( since the hard part of creating the initial bot was already completed). We will give you a fair quote based on the new requests.
For how long will my bot be usable once its done?
It depends on the sites where your using the bot. If those sites are changing ( design, data structure, security) the bot will break and will need to be updated to work again on the new version of the site. We have bots that we’re using for years without the need of updates but we also have bots that require monthly maintenance (in such cases sometimes the cost of maintaining the bot outwits the profits/benefits from using it. ex: a Facebook bot will require constant maintenance because they love to change and to test new stuff).
Since you need a bot to automate some online tasks than most likely you know that site pretty well so you can answer this question yourself.
